Rochester Regional Health- Batavia Destination Center
Project Details
Batavia, NY. Approximately 110,000 sq. ft. 3-story medical facility
Project Value
$3 Million
Mechanical Systems
The Rochester Regional Health Batavia Destination Center was an interior shell fit out of approximately 110,000 sq. ft. of medical space spread over three floors and was completed in 2023. The building utilizes Daikins variable refrigerant volume (VRV) technology to handle simultaneous heating and cooling of the space. The spaces are serviced by approximately 106 indoor units fed from 10 outdoor VRV units. The code compliant fresh air system is handled by three large roof-mounted dedicated outdoor air systems (DOAS) while the entire system is controlled and monitored by a dedicated digital control system (DDC) also known as BMS (building management system).
Aqueduct Campus- Mechanical Infrastructure
Project Details
Rochester, NY. A 6-Building renovation project, one of which contains The Flying Mercury statue.
Project Value
$1.6 Million
Mechanical Systems
The Aqueduct Campus is a six-building renovation project where our responsibilities of building the mechanical infrastructure were completed in 2023. Consisting of two large cooling towers, 5.25 million BTUs of boilers, 13 base-mounted pumps, two large computer room air conditioners, roof top units and dedicated outdoor air systems. Each plant consisted of a large cooling tower mounted on the roofs with boilers and pumps in the basements. Our skilled tradespeople were put to the test with the wide variety of equipment this project had to offer while highlighting our piping abilities for this challenging campus.

Pathways of Helio Health is a water source heat pump building Isaac completed in 2022. This project contains three million BTUs of boiler, large split-coupled vertical inline pumps, a water source heat pump dedicated outside air system and adiabatic cooler. The project also featured ceiling mounted hydronic radiant panels along the perimeter of each floor and a full ventilation system for their commercial kitchen.
Bryant School Apartments
Project Details
Hornell, NY. Approximately 21,000 sq. ft. 2-story rehabilitation facility
Project Value
$1.3 Million
Mechanical Systems
This 2023 project was a conversion from an old school to a multi-residential building. The heating and cooling plant was powered by an existing hydronic boiler and chiller containing ice storage. Each dwelling unit was provided with four-pipe fancoil unit that were ducted and concealed above the ceiling providing both heating and cooling to the dwelling units. Ventilation was provided by roof mounted dedicated outside air systems and energy recovery ventilators.
