Along with their dedication to heating and air conditioning, our employees have a sense of involvement, family, and caring for our company. They are moms and dads, Boy Scout and Girl Scout leaders, Little League coaches, and huge contributors to our communities.

We currently have more than 96 North American Technician Excellence (NATE) Certified Technicians with over 424 specialties — that’s more than any other company in the country.

In addition to our technicians' NATE certifications, our Isaac Healthy Home Assessment inspectors and energy consultants are certified by the Building Performance Institute (BPI), a leading, nationally recognized training, education, and accreditation organization.

Ray Isaac

President

Ray is one of four brothers who make up the third generation of this family business. Ray is a proud winner of the Rochester Small Business Person of the Year in 2012 and recently inducted into the Rochester Business Hall of Fame.

Eric Knaak

Executive Vice President & General Manager

Eric has been with Isaac for over 30 years, and previously served as a proud member of the U.S. Marines.

Vice President of Service

Jeremy grew from a service technician/writer to assistant manager to manager of our Avon office. Today, he leads the Residential and Commercial Service Departments.
 
Domenic DeLeo
Domenic DeLeo

Vice President of Marketing and Residential Installation

Domenic DeLeo is the Vice President of Marketing and Residential Installation. He has been with Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning since the early 1990s. Domenic studied HVAC at Monroe Community College, BOCES, and Alfred State College. He not only was a student at Isaac University, he later evolved into a trainer there as well. Domenic holds certifications from North American Technician Excellence (NATE) and the Building Performance Institute (BPI). Prior to his current role, Domenic held positions in the Residential Installation department as an Installer, Field Supervisor, Installation/Home Performance Manager. He is passionate about helping others develop their careers and providing clients with an enjoyable experience. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, coaching, golfing, and mountain biking.

Ben Naumann

Regional Director

Benjamin Naumann is the Regional Director and has been with Isaac since 2002. He previously worked as a Residential Service Mechanic, a Residential Project Manager in Avon, and was the Avon Branch Manager.

Leslie Young

Avon Branch Manager

Leslie Young is the Avon Branch Manager and has been with Isaac for nearly six years. She previously was a Branch Coordinator before being promoted to the Branch Manager.

Tom Nugent
Tom Nugent

Buffalo Branch Manager

Tom is a Buffalo native and Niagara University Alum who has been with Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning for four years, since the Buffalo Branch inception in 2016.

Mickey Sonner

Twin Tiers Branch Manager

Mickey Sonner has been Twin Tiers Branch Manager since 2019. He started as an Installer Helper in 2012, moved to a lead mechanic position, and transferred to an Energy Consultant after that.

Canandaigua Branch Manager

Randy Navas is the Canandaigua Branch Manager. He has worked for Isaac for 6 years previously as a Residential Service Technician and also a Home Energy Auditor.

Syracuse Branch Manager

Jake Walter is the Syracuse Branch Manager and one of the more recent additions to the Isaac team. He is an experienced professional with proven leadership skills, enthusiasm, and creativity. Jake is results driven with experience in many areas including customer service.

Steve Carpenter is the Residential Installation Field Manager, is NATE certified, and has been with Isaac for 18 years.

Andrew Torres

Residential Sales Manager

As the Residential Sales Manager for Isaac Heating and Air, Andrew brings more than 15 years of  HVAC Sales, Installation and leadership experience to the team. Andrew joined the company when he was 19 as an installation helper. Since his start, he has held roles as an installer, Home Performance auditor, Residential project manager, and Branch manager. His ultimate goal is to have his team cultivate an unmatched experience for Isaac's clients by simply being easy to do business with and attentive to clients' needs. In his free time, Andrew enjoys tackling projects around the house, movies and traveling to Disney with his wife and two daughters.

Assistant Manager Residential Service

Jake Coleman is the Assistant Manager in Residential Service. He has been with Isaac since 2013. Post roles include Customer Service Writer and Contact Center Supervisor.

Healthy Home Assessment and Residential Installation Assistant Manager

Alberto A. Martinez is the Healthy Home Assessment and Residential Installation Assistant Manager. He has worked at Isaac for more than eight years, beginning his career in Commercial Service as a dispatcher. He moved on to handling national accounts, and for more than three years has worked in his current role.
