- Eight years or more of experience in the HVAC field
- Experience servicing heating and cooling equipment
- Mechanical skills and aptitude
- NATE certified with a minimum of 4 specialties including Heating, Air Conditioning, Heat Pump & Oil
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 60 pounds EPA certification OSHA 10 Valid driver’s license with a dependable driving record Successful completion of Pre-Employment Hair Follicle Drug Screen and Background check
Oversee day-to-day field operations of Big Flats branch Develop & implement new technician training program On the job training & development of field personnel Resolve customer concerns/issues (field & office) Quality assurance on all installations Tool inventory for all field personnel Service ticket review & coaching Work with regional manager to monitor and reduce unnecessary expenses Further develop and implement sales culture throughout field personnel Participate in hiring and/or termination of employees Supervisory on-call as needed Make necessary decisions & supervision in absence of regional manager
